Terms & Conditions of Sale
Effective upon purchase, these terms apply to all transactions conducted with Arts & Antiquities Pte Ltd. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below.

 

General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once products have left our premises.

All items are carefully inspected at multiple stages—during sourcing, upon arrival at our showroom, and prior to dispatch—to ensure they are structurally sound and function as intended.

In the rare event of damage occurring during delivery, liability rests with the courier company. All deliveries are insured, and claims may take up to 3 months to be processed. Customers are required to provide timely documentation, including photographs and detailed descriptions of the damage, to initiate the claims process.

Please note that vintage and handcrafted items may exhibit natural signs of wear, patina, or minor imperfections, which are not considered defects but characteristics of their age and craftsmanship.

We do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards under any circumstances.

 

Evergreen Products (Brand New Items)
Exchanges for Evergreen items may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange requests must be pre-approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in unused condition, with all tags, printed material intact, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Once the returned item has been received and approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the original order. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

 

Vintage Products (One-Off Sourced Items)
All sales are final and non-exchangeable. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. In the case of damage during delivery:

  • Customers must notify us immediately upon receipt with images and a written description of the issue.
  • An inquiry will be initiated to determine the source and extent of the damage.
  • As all shipments are insured, compensation will be processed via the courier’s claims procedure.
  • Resolution may take up to 3 months, subject to the courier company’s timeline.


Visible signs of wear, aging, or craftsmanship-related irregularities are inherent to vintage objects and do not qualify as damage.

 

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, notify us immediately so that we may evaluate the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps.

 

Refunds
In the case where a refund is applicable, the item will need to be received and inspected and once approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the original order. This credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
