Introducing Wee Hours.

We’ve always thought of our showroom as more than just a space. It’s a kind of home, especially when we find ourselves back in Singapore. Over the years, it has hosted brand launches, community events, educational workshops, long conversations and late nights. But somehow, we never quite dimmed the lights and invited people in properly, for a slow evening of food, drink and company.

Together with Jane and Sam from Songs from the Pantry, the duo you might know as the minds behind Plain Jane or Jane’s Provisions, we’ll be hosting nights filled with good people, subtle flavours and the kind of ambience that asks nothing of you but your presence. Set to dim the lights and lift the spirits, Wee Hours is a soft landing at the end of a long week. An informal gathering that invites you to slow down, settle in and savour.

Held once a month, the evening will run in two sessions:

Savour (7pm – 9pm): $85
A sake pairing session featuring five lesser-known sakes, each paired with thoughtful small plates.

Open Tab (9pm – 11pm):
À la carte drinks and a looser flow for the night owls.

Seats are limited. All bookings are first-paid, first-served basis. Please note we observe a strict no cancellation, no refund policy—so do mark your calendars carefully. Wee Hours is quiet, intentional, and a little bit special. We hope you’ll join us.

Debut: 25 April 2025, Friday.
