Hosted by Songs From The Pantry, the evening unfolds through an obanzai style approach, with the menu arranged openly across the counter and dishes prepared freshly to order. The meal moves between simplicity and understated indulgence: tuna mayo with crackers and crudités, flounder fin with mesclun and yuzu kosho dressing, anago in soy served over somen, Kinka salmon ochazuke, and white peach kanten jelly finished with matcha syrup.

The evening, inevitably and perhaps appropriately, gathers itself around a thoughtful selection of sake, encouraging conversation to linger well beyond the meal itself.

Each ticket includes the full menu, with your choice of Saké Shinomine Moroni Nigori, Shinomine Kame no-o-vert by Chiyo Shuzo, or Natural Selection by Miyoshino Jozo.

The evening begins at 7pm and continues through 11pm. Last orders at 10.30pm.
Food and drinks are served at the bar, and seating is open.
