Book Launch with SALT SALON

SALT SALON is the heartfelt dining project of sisters Sarah and Sonia Tan, grounded in the belief that food brings people together in the most meaningful ways. Through their intimate supper clubs and private dinners hosted at home in Singapore, they create spaces where conversation flows, connections form, and meals are shared with intention. Sarah is in the kitchen; Sonia creates the setting and together, they host as they would for friends.
Earlier this year, they brought their signature experience to Seoul. Now, they’re back in Singapore to launch their very first publication, SOUP — a lovingly made collection of recipes and stories drawn from their lives.
SOUP is filled with memories of meals shared, markets visited, and quiet moments at home. Sarah’s recipes are simple, comforting, and rooted in feeling, designed for both solo meals and shared tables. Paired with Sonia’s thoughtful photography and illustrations, the book reads like an invitation into their world.
To celebrate, they’ll be offering a taste from the book — a complimentary soup served on the day of the launch (while it lasts).
