For our upcoming evening, we gather around a shared affection for Spain, shaped by recent travels and time spent there. It is a place where food is part of daily life, where people come together over simple things, and where meals are given the time they need.

This evening is a reflection of that spirit. The menu begins with marinated Spanish olives, followed by pintxos. Smoked seabass with lemon, capers and dill. Anchovies with egg and pickled shallots. Chicken liver pâté with apricot. Served on bread. Grilled padrón peppers and aged Comté alongside. To finish, sticky date pudding with vermut and vanilla ice cream.

To drink, Port Sonic, Vermut with orange and olive, and a Fino Garden with sherry, elderflower, cucumber and lemon. Sparkling tea is available as an alternative.

This menu has been shaped in partnership with Shermaine Sim. With a foundation shaped by her time at Cloudstreet and Analogue Initiative, she now develops menus, curates gatherings, and builds experiences with an independent voice contributing to the local landscape at large. 

Each ticket includes the full menu, with your choice of Port Sonic, Vermut, or sparkling tea.
The evening begins at 8pm and continues through 12am. Last orders at 11pm.
Food and drinks are served at the bar, and seating is open.
