With a long history of over 300 years, Gifu lanterns have developed into a traditional craft of Gifu. 

Designed by architect Koji Takematsu, COMA lanterns builds on traditional techniques by applying materials never been seen before, expressing new forms and possibilities of Gifu lanterns.
