Wee Hours hosted by Salt Salon

We’re delighted to welcome Salt Salon back this October, following their inaugural book launch SOUP earlier this year. This time, the evening takes the shape of a family-style Korean meal, a return to the cuisine that first drew them into the kitchen and shaped their way of cooking and hosting.

The menu is rooted in the simplicity of banchan, the quiet beauty of seasoned greens, and the balance found in kimchi, grilled meats, slow stews, and bowls of freshly steamed multigrain rice. It’s food that carries rhythm and memory, drawn from countryside visits, city suppers, and the shared joy of the table. Guests will be welcomed with a cup of makgeolli before settling into a spread of house-made kimchi, seasonal banchan, generous platters of meat, and a sweet finish. We invite guests to bring their own wine or drink of choice to accompany the meal.

Seats are limited and available on a first-paid, first-served basis. Please note we observe a strict no cancellation, no refund policy, so kindly mark your calendars before reserving. We hope you’ll join us for an evening that is quiet, intentional, and just a little bit special.

$95 per person.
